Anna Velilla is a writer, larp organizer, copyeditor, semi-reformed theatre kid, and founder of Secret Garden Studios LLC. She started larping in 2024 at The Forbidden History: Eden Unmasked, and has hardly taken a breath or break since. She prefers Nordic-style, multi-day games and leans heavily toward slice-of-life, whatever the genre.

She’s written three short-form games since discovering larp—“Secrets of the Seelie Court: A Sapphic Soiree,” “Plantscendence,” and “Before the Ink Dries”—but this will be the first multi-day game she runs. In 2026, she will also serve as a facilitator for Conscience USA and in the Denmark run of Dresden Files, both of which are being produced and run by Mooney Bin Entertainment.

In her spare time (and there isn’t much), Anna writes novels, consumes sitcoms like candy, collects vintage books, babysits as much as possible, and lives and dies by the works of Jane Austen.
